Dan Abrams to End Primetime NewsNation Show

• Abrams, who signed a new multi-year deal with NewsNation just last year, cites the inability to devote enough time to the show while also running and expanding his growing media empire, which includes Mediaite, Law & Crime Network, and a Reelz Channel show.
• NewsNation is expected to name Abrams' successor early next year, as the network continues to solidify its identity under the ownership of local TV giant Nexstar, which rebranded it from WGN America just three years ago.
