MPA Names Urmila Venugopalan President of Asia-Pacific Region as Belinda Lui Steps Down

• Venugopalan, formerly MPA's strategy and global ops exec, will focus on expanding US studio/streamer access to local markets, boosting regional production, and strengthening advocacy and operations.
• Venugopalan, a former US State Dept. policy staffer, will also work closely with MPA's anti-piracy arm ACE to protect the commercial and creative interests of studios/streamers and local screen communities.
