‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ Was the U.K.’s Biggest-Selling Title of 2024 as Streaming Saves Video Spending

• Deadpool & Wolverine, the expletive-laden Marvel movie starring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, topped the U.K.'s home entertainment sales in 2024 with over 560,000 units sold, more than 80% of them digital.
• Streaming subscriptions to services like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Apple TV surged by 8.3% to £4.5 billion ($5.6 billion), making up nearly 90% of the U.K.'s total video revenue, which grew by 6.9% to around £5 billion ($6.2 billion).
